How do you organize so many online accounts, pictures and files?

KeePassXC

All online accounts (including email addresses) should be in a password manager with a secure password. Bitwarden is excellent, the free tier is enough for most people and the paid tiers tend to work out cheaper than alternatives like 1Password. If you don't want all your passwords stored online, KeePassXC has most of the same features and saves to a local database only.
