Recommendations to book multi-destination honeymoon

For those who've booked multi-city international destinations (i.e. Paris, Rome, Athens), how did you go about doing it? Did you go travel agent like AAA? Book each leg of the trip separately through a travel site? I've found a couple of sites like this and this which help you build a multi city flight itinerary pretty easily. Other typical sites like expedia.com or booking.com offer vacation packages with flight+hotel but those are round trips only to one destination. I'm pretty comfortable booking travel, just wanted to see how others have approached it when you're going to more than one place.
