I have tried a few other well known domains and curl-ing them works. So this only seems to be an issue with https://fts-uat.cardconnect.com. For context is url is an API endpoint for cardconnect.com. We are using it to implement online payments. If I cannot reach it via curl command, then we cannot make API calls from the micro service we would like to host on a hetzner server.

Do you use https://mxtoolbox.com/ for looking up black listing? I have tried to cycle through several different IP addresses in oregon and ashburn. Most of the newly assigned IP addresses in Oregon that I have cycled through, seem to be black listed based on https://mxtoolbox.com/.
