I had the same problem so I know what you're talking about. I highly recommend you start using an organizing app like Notion, Asana, etc. I particularly use Taskade because I found Notion kinda tricky to set up. In taskade I can time each task so I give myself like 20-30 mins for a task to keep me in check so in my brain it works like small challenges I have to complete and it has helped a lottt.
