I'm not sure on how effective this would be. It's a whole topic of its own. There are add-ons like TrackMeNot: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/trackmenot/ and AdNauseum https://adnauseam.io/ These generate false traffic so that advertisers and search engines can't pin down your real traffic. Once again, these are not really available on Chromium.
