A beautiful and clean cross-platform app for notes organizer
To keep instructions: I use UpNote. We are a small office (40 employees) and people are asking me for repeatedly on how to do the same stuff. I keep step by step notes on some of that stuff. When someone asks, I can share a link to the note which can be viewed in the web browser. The best part is that when I change something, the online version updates automatically so when they employee looks at it again, they have the updated version.

  2. A second brain, for you, forever. Obsidian is a powerful knowledge base that works on top of a local folder of plain text Markdown files.
At that point why not use Obsidian since that’s just MD.

Obsidian, Apple Notes, raindrop.io (not technically notes but a lot of the documentation is already in web form, so it helps me make it more accessible than bookmarks). I also do a good amount of documentation/notes in confluence and specific repos I'm working on for work.

To keep track of logins/passwords other stuff about machines in the office, I use Turtl. Turtl has boards you can put notes on boards. This helps me organize things a bit better. There is also the ability to do attachments and notes sharing with others.
