Go to https://www.thingiverse.com/ Https://sketchfab.com/ Https://poly.pizza/ Find a model you like, download, import in Blender, decimate modifier, export so the file has less than 2MB, import in TTS. (for larger, more complex models you'll have to download unity too and it's a bit more of a hassle).
