Gg.deals is a great aggregator for official and keyshop stores. I've used it for about a year now and it's much more helpful than even using Steam itself since you can import your Steam wishlist and it'll show you the lowest prices from any store for any DRM (but you can specify just Steam DRM).

I recommend checking out https://isthereanydeal.com/ to look at historic prices and if you feel like you're getting a good deal, then pull the trigger. Steam sales nowadays aren't nearly as good as they used to be, so it's unlikely you're going to see a big difference in price between now and the winter sale.
