Illustrator wouldn't be the best software for this. The best way to do it would be in InDesign, but since you are a beginner, take a look at Adobe Express instead. It's a web app that has a bunch of templates set up already. Hopefully they'll have something similar to this design. For the background photos, unsplash.com and pexels.com have a great selection of freebies to choose from. Don't forget to credit the photographer -- usually an 8pt font at the bottom or side will suffice.
