How to remap macro keys on G613 on Mac without G Hub (keyboard is connected via Bluetooth)?

So is there any way to change the keymappings of the macro keys at a lower, system level on the Mac so that they aren't mapped to the F1-F6 keys? Karabiner-Elements recognises the keys as F1-F6, so that doesn't work.
