PPC Ad Editor

Ppcadeditor.com has an export to Google Ads Editor via CSV feature so you can make any "final" revisions and set your bids/targeting etc before posting Live to Google Ads. There was a Google API Upload feature but I believe the export to CSV worked a lot better and provided the final "check" step before going live.
