Adblock-rust: First of all, the fact that it is written in rust straight up makes it a winner. Well, poor jokes aside, it does an ok job as an adblocker. It is, frankly, half-assed by default but after adding a couple of custom filters from sources like Energized can make it "an OK adblocker". It is nowhere near the feature-rich uBlock Origin but then why am I putting it in the point number 1 here? Firstly, brave developers are aware of the lack of features and are constantly trying to implement features from uBlock Origin, which gives some hopes for the future. You can find some issues opened by the developers and contributors in its GitHub repo. Secondly, after enabling some flags related to the string "brave-adblock" in brave://flags, it seems to work just fine on most sites for me. Thirdly, you can add decent custom filter lists on your own, so there's that. While I would simply recommend uBlock Origin with medium mode and custom filters for now, I have hopes from adblock-rust. See, after the full adoption of manifest v3, most adblockers will have a hard time on Chromium based browsers, except adblock-rust because it is integrated into the Brave Browser directly and is not an extension so it remains unaffected by manifest v3 because that's for extensions.

Built-in fingerprinting protection in Brave Browser is like a huge leap for Chromium based browsers even if it is not as strong as Firefox's resistFingerprinting pref in about:config. After setting it to aggressive, I seem to get a trust score of 0% in CreepJS and it is also not able to detect the same fingerprint in a new browser session. EFF's browser fingerprint and tracking protection site also seems to tell me that the tracking protection is strong and fingerprint is randomized. While the browser fingerprinting tests are not that great in the real world and there are even ways other than just JS to fingerprint the browser session, the two tests I just mentioned are decent enough to get an idea about browser's fingerprinting protection.
