That's all for your own personal satisfaction. Prioritize doing projects (solo or in hackathon groups). You need to have relevant projects to talk about in your interviews if your current job isn't getting you hands-on experience. Do mock interviews for technical interview prep. It takes practice. As for leetcode, hackerrank, codewars - when starting out as a DA, I found these platforms a bit too advanced and better designed for engineers and data scientists.
