USPS Informed Delivery No Longer Provides Images

USPS Mobile USPS Informed Delivery
  1. Access popular USPS.com® tools on the go: calculate shipping prices, find a Post Office™, look up a ZIP Code™, schedule a pickup, request USPS to hold your mail, access Informed Delivery® to track packages, digitally preview incoming mail & more
If there's no images on the mail tab, it means there's a network issue at the plant that services your local post office; use https://emailus.usps.com/s/ to first send a message about usps.com informed delivery, noting that you've not gotten any images in your e-mail for some time. Include the username of your account on informed delivery AND your name and street address so they can send the message to the right plant.

  2. Get an image of your mail before it arrives
Step one: Log into your informed delivery page on the website (https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action) - click on the mail tab and see if images are there. If they are, you probably just fixed the images in your e-mail. Not logging into the website for a long time will cause issues with informed delivery, a known problem.
