As for web meetings, I started (quite recently) to use Brave Talk. Works fine, supposedly private. Drawback: you need a Google account to schedule meetings (I guess this will change in the future, but I don't know when). As a workaround, I installed Brave Beta and logged in on it with an old Google account only to schedule meetings via Google calendar. Maybe there is a better way. And, of course, there is Jitsi.
