Miro, FigJam, Mural are all good tools for freeform planning and brainstorming. It’s a good way to bring fuzzy ideas to the table.Finally, look into story mapping if you haven’t already. It helps you build a backlog that’s a little more user-centric than Jira, but it can work well in combination.

Trello

There are different ways to approach this. If you’re looking for a Kanban board to track user stories and their status, you get a lot of mileage from good old Trello. Notion is a pretty strong contender too, as you also get a lot more power out the box for organizing work (databases, space to write vision, strategy docs etc).
