I can recommend you Organic Maps. It is similar to OSMAnd like Squirrelslayer777 mentioned, but I find it to be more clearly arranged. It won't be confusing to the person you give the S20, because the app is very similar to the popular Maps.me, but designed to be used completely offline. That and because it's open source is why I like it.
