Looking to display image at funeral, need help with enhancing + reducing noise for 8x10 print

Hello friends, I unfortunately spent a bunch of money trying to use vanceai.com and didn't have any luck with letsenhance.io -- it would distort her chin and right eye no matter what I did. I have printed this as is but wanted to see what I could do to make the photo nice for her family at her funeral service. We were hoping to display this in an 8x10 frame (which I also couldn't figure out how to do without making it not look great) -- so any help is appreciated.
