I think your plan with Google sites makes a lot of sense, and I would probably focus on the google apps/tools that can be incorporated with that. It’s definitely a challenge, but in some ways, it might benefit in the long run, especially if SCORM and LMS models become too dated. Tbh, I wish my past company had done something like this because we worked ourselves into a maze of tech issues with the LMS, Articulate, and other pieces.
