I personally learnt touch typing simply by assigning a finger to each keys (this layout, to be specific, though you can make some changes as per your convenience) and practiced typing on 10fastfingers.com (though I'd rather recommend monkeytype.com) without looking at any of the keys. Memorise the key layout so you don't have to look at the keyboard if you forget where a key is.
