Minio

Backups, single drive partition with Minio on top (https://min.io). A single drive Minio doesn’t do erasure coding, but it does checksum data in retrieval, which at least guarantees your backup client won’t receive corrupted data. You can read more at Minio, the ZFS of cloud storage.

mergerfs

Plex/Jellyfin storage, single drives, pooled by Unraid or MergerFS. If a drive dies, all the contents on that drive will likely be gone, but it doesn’t stripe data like raid, so all the data on the remaining drives will be intact, limiting data loss.
