    Depends on you budget. Use pcpartpicker.com to make a list, logicalincrements.com has some good premade lists as a starting point. Specs aren't that important, clock speeds, bandwidth etc. Just look up benchmarks and see performance. Also look up hardware reviews, from PCmag or TomsHardware. Gamer's Nexus has some good review(very detailed) of all the current gen CPUs and GPUs. Linus Tech tips and Jayzeetwocents are also pretty good.
