Trying to migrate my website

I started making a website for free on infinityfree.net and I keep reaching MySQL usage limit. I just recently bought a premium domain over at hostinger.com. I was in the middle of trying to migrate and export my free website until my free domain got suspended again! I was trying to use that window of time as soon as the 24 hour suspension was up to start exporting my files. In less than an hour, I got suspended again! This is hitting on my nerves as I am trying to upgrade my website or in this case migrate my website to my paid domain.
