Fake Postage Stamp (US) Drama -does anyone know when the USPS started using UV sensitive ink?

Stamps.com Endicia
  1. Stamps.
I have purchased hundreds of dollars of stamps from a one "JC" on Facebook. They are not regular stamps but printed ones from stamps.com and endicia.com with unique designs and barcodes. Many of the sales this user does are for stamps in amounts of $1, $2.21, $4.08. $6.67, $10.75 $11, $27, & $32 (along with regular "Forever" stamps). I have used all of these on letters, boxes, etc and shipping domestic and foreign and never had anything returned (except for ONCE, and I mean just ONCE out of HUNDREDS a letter came back because the printing of "Forever" was offset and not featured on the stamp). I knew there was a chance of these being fake, but I figured I'd take a chance and if they didn't work then I'd just toss them. The discount was amazing. I've been using them now for the last year, purchasing more after a few months when I started to run out.
