Moonlight and Parsec for Game Streaming

Streams games locally or over the internet
Second Parsec. I used many different services to be able to stream my games from my PC to my Mac over the internet. Unlike moonlight, parsec allows you to stream your games over WAN not LAN. Its the best app so far that does a very good job maintaining a stable connection and outputting high resolutions and frame-rates. If you have a stable outbound connection for your PC and inbound connection for your Mac wherever you are remotely, this app literally speaks for itself when you use it. Found it to be much better than Steam Remote play and others. One issue that I found, at least occurring in Valorant, is that the mouse doesn't work to look around; don't know why. Unlike moonlight parsec is not contingent on you having a recent Nvidia GPU. You can download parsec here: https://parsec.app.

First, Moonlight. As long as you have a recent Nvidia GPU (10 series or later I believe), you can use this app which uses the Nvidia shield game streaming protocol and makes your PC think your Mac is an Nvidia shield. You can stream your games over LAN without the need for a fast Internet connection almost flawlessly as if the game is running native. Why bother? Well, newer Macs have a 120Hz displays, so if its your only display of that caliber in the house (although its not made for gaming due to frame refresh times and smearing) it might be a good way to experience your games with higher fps. You can download moonlight from this link: https://moonlight-stream.org.
