I’m assuming you’re referring to the speed test you can run within the Network application on the UDM-P? If so, that’s your first mistake. Most everyone knows not to run that or trust the results. Those results are never right. You should run speed tests using a computer with the fastest hardwired connection you can get to the UDM-P. From there most people use a browser to run speed Tests at speedtest.net or fast.com. I believe it’s better to remove the browser from the equation and use an speed test app if possible. I personally use a combination of fast.com on my browser or the speedtest client app that runs on my Mac.
