How do you make sure you're eating all your nutrients?

Cron-O-Meter MyFitnessPal
  1. A big trend in today’s world is health and fitness, particularly in recording nutritional information. There are several options available to achieve this result.
I am presently using myfitnesspal.com, the free version, I am not sure the free version tracks every micronutrient but I do take a multivitamin and eat a rainbow of veggies and fruits. It lets me enter my own recipes so it is convenient to log, say, portions of soup for the week. Lots of folks like cronometer.com too but I don't have experience with it.

  2. Track the number of calories that you consume each day with MyFitnessPal. The app also lets you create a diet and track the exercise that you complete each day whether it's walking, running or some other type of program.
