Safari couple with an ad and tracker blocking extension such as 1Blockeror AdGuard (1Blocker offers ~$39 for lifetime subscription which offers protection on all Apple products. You can get AdGuard lifetime family subscription, 9 devices concurrently, for $30 at StackSocial, the method I used to purchase). I think this is the strongest option as you have more control over what is blocked and the ability to whitelist sites as needed. They both also come with firewall/DNS filter protection which will prevent trackers and ads while using any app on your phone, not just safari.
