  1. The most advanced dual pane file manager and file transfer client for macOS.
1 Upvote for ForkLift! I've used for years, it's UI is so much better than Path Finder.

  5. TotalFinder is a plugin for Finder.app which adds tabs like in Chrome browser, dual panels similar to TotalCommander and more tweaks.
TotalFinder is another good enhancement. It works on 12.0 Intel Macs, but no current M1 support. They originally weren't going to even try to support it, but they decided against that finally and have been working on updates for both TotalFinder and TotalSpaces.

  6. File manager for the menu bar
As for the bottom pinned window with TotalFinder and the drop down terminal window with iTerm. Actually, I'm doing the same with iTerm, but not for the Finder window. I thought about it when using TotalFinder, but never opted for it. I should try more at a point, but to give you an idea of another application that could help you a bit in this regard (to pop a Finder window from a shortcut). It's not like a pinned bottom window, but you may have a try with File Cabinet which is a File Manager from the menubar. I think it's a nice one as well, but I never used it throughly, but keep it in my arsenal for if I want to get more into this kind of way of using a Finder window. I mean, to kind of pinning one to access rapidly.
