There is https://hacknplan.com/ which is made specifically for game development - it is a project management tool. I like it, it is nice and visual and all I need is in the free tier, but it definitely is not perfect. We stoped using it simply because we disliked how many clicks one needs to do to do simple tasks :D.

I recently found this editor: https://obsidian.md It's basically an md editor but it has many plugins that allow you to make mindmaps, kanban boards, calendars etc.
