Open Hardware Monitor

Overheating. If thermal paste dried out, heat is not properly transmited outside of the device. Download Open Hardware Monitor and check temperatures on CPU, GPU and disks. If tempetature CPU's and GPU's temperature on idle will be above 50C, then thermal paste must be replaced. If disk temperature will be above 40C, then disk is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.
