considering getting into graphics design but i have some questions

GoodBrief FakeClients
  1. A random generator for design briefs.
Theres "fun" ways to learn graphic design vs other careers. For example theres good movies about designers (off the top of my head the one abt Milton Glaser, Helvetica, Sign Painters, Objectified, Why man creates, Abstract, Urbanized etc) to get the curiosity going . Also I found giving myself briefs was rly good, for me was mostly in web/coding so not sure about logos but I know there's websites that give you a prompt like https://fakeclients.com/ or https://goodbrief.io/ Redesigning existing stuff is also a really good exercise to train your eye to detail and balance....could be your nan's baking side business or coca cola like....have fun! There's quite a catchy youtube guy that reviews designs from his subreddit, on youtube. Give it a search, he's quite cute and think has a good commercial taste!
