Issues with XRP transfers to crypto.com

I found all of my 7 deposits to crypto.com in different coins were delayed for several hours after full confirmations. 5 of them required a ticket to be raised. Furthermore, they mucked around with the Visa card issuance, so I ended up withdrawing and closing my account. Their support was fast, but the overall experience was a let down. Just my 2c.

Interesting, my XRP transfer from luno.com to crypto.com typically takes not more than 5 minutes, and I did that pretty frequently since luno is 1 of the few exchanges whitelisted by the government..
