Is warming up our IPs or Domain necessary if we are sending campaigns via MailChimp?

We have used EOA, Glockapps, and gmass.co to try to optimize our email content.. However...I can't even send the most basic templates without being routed to the spam folder. Is this because we haven't warmed up our IP addresses? I'm not sure how to warm up using shared IP addresses from MailChimp. The only thing I can send that does not raise spam flags is plain text. Any block of content, even those created with mailchimp's premade templates, is routed to spam folders. Our custom templates scored 9.7 on mail-tester.com and excellent on postmark, but they are still routed to spam.
