Explorer - QTTabBar - Adds tabs to Explorer, and there is a new version for Win11. I don't use most of the features in there so I can't really speak for how good the app is overall. All I know is I can add tabs to Explorer windows, and save groups of tabs to quick open. That's all I care about, and it works great.
