Kaspersky Internet Security's (KIS) "Trusted addresses" exception list is meant to exclude certain domains from being decrypted by KIS, thus also excluding them from getting the KIS Java script inserted. In the corresponding window the format example given is "example.com" (aka domain.tld). This does not work and even worse - contrary to the Endpoint Security product - "*.domain.tld" does not work either ("invalid format"). Only specific sub-domains work, like "www.domain.tld". As a consequence you cannot exclude complete domains and all their sub-domains. Support replies that this is correct and "by design". What?
