Once I felt confident without the animations I moved on to kebr.com as it uses an algorythmic learning procedure, its really good at detecting where you are hitting resistance and offering extra practice in those areas. It shows you lots of real time and graphed data to show your ever-improving progress. Typing Club

I taught myself to replace my hunt and peck speed (~40 wpm) in less than a week using typingclub.com I chose it because of the hand animations. Make sure you fingers are doing the right thing, and until you are consistenly hitting the right keys try and type as slow as you can, returning your hand back to asdf jkl; between every character to pound it in to your muscle memory. I seriously don't think there is any practical benefit in practicing more than 15-30min per session, and any more than 2 sessions a couple hours apart I think the returns start diminishing, our brains are amazing at utilizing doing nothing over constant stimulization! In about a month you will be ahead of average speed and impressing your friends!
