I would strongly recommend keybr.com as the best site to learn to type on. It starts you off with 6 letters (E,N,I.T,R and L) and gives you a load of pseudo words made up from those letter. Once you achieve the required speed and accuracy you then unlock the next letter which is S. At that point every word that you are given to type will include the letter S, but the only other letters that you will encounter will be E,N,I.T,R and L.
