Rectangle

I would just get Rectangle. It’s a free Mac app that lets you assign shortcuts to resize the active window. I need to resize windows all the time for my work, so it’s basically second nature to hit a quick key and easier than moving the cursor up to double click the window. A simple ⌘+⏎ makes any window full screen, and there are a bunch of different sizing options for custom shortcuts.
