Being censored isn't the right wording here, just fyi. Also even if there was DNS-based censoring at play in your system, what you describe can't be done by DNS-based censoring. DNS-based censoring can block access to a domain or not. So either you can reach youtube.com or you can't, there's no finer granularity on the level of blocking certain videos. (Just for completeness sake: I know that differnt youtube videos sometimes come from different servers, but youtube is doing this to mix in ads and make DNS-based ad-blocking harder. Thus it's nearly impossible for external actors to block access to specific videos.).
