Canadian small e-commerce shop, really struggling to find my way

At the mo, it seems like the product pic is real small while the other meme-type images take up majority of the page. Try unsplash.com for free high-quality pet images. I think the light-hearted direction/style is nice but if taken too far will feel like a bogus company. I'd look at how other natural pet treat companies structure their site, how they word their messages and try the same but with your personal "cool" touch :–).

I highly recommend a site/app called canva.com. You can create your own "brand profile" on there with your colors and fonts. Then you can easily make graphics- they have tons of templates, or you can make your own graphic from scratch. Sit down and make a bunch of cohesive, nice looking posts. Make some FAQs, or helpful pet tips. But keep it simple in the graphic. You can go into more detail in the text, but a graphic that has paragraphs on it it just too much.
