Software Alternatives & Reviews

I’ve recently made a post about not wanting to use Coinbase anymore. Many people said Coinbase pro. I opened up Coinbase pro and woah…. I have no idea what I’m looking at, any tips on opening up a complicated page like that for beginners?

Coinbase TradingView
  1. Bitcoin, safe and easy.
Well, all you really need it for at first will be to buy and sell. You can select the coin you want to buy or sell in the top left and then there's a buy/sell tab below. The biggest difference you'll notice when buying and selling is that coinbase pro allows you to perform limit buys and sells, which allow you to set the price you want to either buy or sell that coin at. If you're not comfortable with limits, you can buy and sell at market value (that's all you're doing at coinbase.com), which means you'll get an instant buy or sell at the market price.

  2. The best charting tool for crypto and stocks
Coinbase pro has charts with candles, but they're not nearly as useful as just using tradingview.com. Just focus on finding the coins you want to look at, seeing where their price is, and then understanding how to do a market buy or sell.
