Also consider getting AlDente to prevent the Mac from always charging to 100% as this will degrade the battery. Mainly because optimized battery charging also doesn't seem to kick in for you as I see from the screenshot, that you are connected to power and charged to the brim. (I think the 2018 models do have that feature in the battery settings).
