No one has been able to change their account email for nearly a year

Then I was asked what email I would like to use (they strongly recommended a gmail), I responded with a @ protonmail.com which for some reason they said they couldnt/had problems with them. I replied saying use the email I was contacting them through < @ yahoo.com > or refund me for the game since I had no other emails and would not be creating another.
