I would not trust the xfinity app's speedtest. They more than likely point you to a server within their network, meaning it'll always have higher speeds than when testing to an external server (fast.com). Have you tested from any other devices? Also there is no way you are getting anywhere near 900mb/s to your phone via wifi. The app is probably telling you the speeds that the gateway is receiving.
