Open-source cousin of GPT-3, everyone can use it
A relatively simple way to do it would be to get a list of the most common English nouns and verbs to use as your 'vocabulary'. Perhaps 1,000 of such words. Then, use currently available NLP like GPT-J or GPT-3 along with an emojification prompt and use some simple scripting to feed them in 4-5 at a time (any longer and you're starting to lose accuracy w.r.t the context window) to create a dict.
