For something like this, its almost certainly going to be fat fingers, the primary NS for fidelity.com was unable to resolve the edge node DNS which suggests either someone blocked recursion somewhere, or the backend systems were acting up. Either way since this was much larger than Fidelity (it just happened to be the one I was paying attention to), we can generally assume it wasn't anything intentional.
