You can use a site like https://freedns.afraid.org/ or https://noip.com/ and get a subdomain for free so that you don't have to give out your IP directly. However, people can easily find the IP address that it links to by pinging it in command prompt (and probably other methods as well) so it's essentially just for looks. If you really don't want to give out your IP, your best bet is to find a third party hosting service and host your server on there.
