How/Why is it legal for domain registrars to watch the searches for domain names and then register ones that seem valuable themselves? I have seen several times (proven with screenshots) where I search a domain name, I"m not quite sure I want to do it, I wait a day or two, and then magically the name gets registered by something like "namecheap.com" when I was searching on godaddy.com. ALways within a couple days and always when I hesitate on an unregistered/available domain name. How is this legal? Anyone else have a problem with it?
