There's quite a few DMARC monitoring services out there, some offer a free service for individuals or entities with just one or two domains. One that offers a free service is by postmarkapp.com. There's no UI (other than the prior link to sign up and get an API key, and a token reset page), and there's no ability to create an account. If you just want a weekly email, you're all set. If you want to have access to additional functions, everything else is handled through their API. Here's the code for a Windows batch file to interact with ALL of the API functions (apologies, this will make the post a bit long). Prerequisites: cURL with a CA bundle.
